Ryan Miller
Born in The City. Works for Theridion Corporation. Suspected of ties to anti-capitalist/anti-augmentation terrorist group FUTURE NOW.
What will you do when the next 'update' is in your head? How will The Net continue to effect how we think, and what think? Will we continue to play along or resist these effects? The march towards a TRANSHUMAN future will be the greatest existential question of the 21st century.
A City to Make Me is a short-film with big ideas. The best part is, we're in post-production! The VFX are looking amazing and the short film will be distributed here on VODO upon completion. However, we need finishing funds to complete the short film and bring it to both online and festival audiences.
Every dollar raised through our campaign will be used to pay artists, both in North and South America, to print copies of the film for festivals, and pay for bare-bones travel expenses to promote the project and the IDEAS behind the film at festivals throughout the 2012 and 2013 season.

We're busy working on the film! If you'd like to get involved as a VFX artist, compositor, 3D designer, or know anyone who is, we'd love to take a look at their work. We're a collective of busy freelancers attempting to 'put the polish' on our labor of love. It's currently looking like a Summer 2013 release.

It has been a long time now, that the film-makers of this movie campaigning for donations.
Whilst the movie seems promising, I have reasons to doubt the public will ever get to see it offered here on VoDo to watch it (Download Disabled).
I think for the better, the film-makers should present their movie on more commercial websites, but not here.
Until then, please, do not use a creative commons logo for the film. You are infringing the CC license now for over one year.

Looks kind of Blade Runner-Esque. Can't wait to see a good, feature-length CC movie of this genre. Especially now, that so many predictions from sci-fi movies of the last century start to become reality. Hope you have the breath and enthusiasm to pull this off! Keep us updated so that we know for sure that it's worth sending some bucks to you.

I admit it, this movie has a lot of potential to become really good.
Only by watching the trailer I felt like "Wow.. I have to see it!"
But again, it is quite hard to create and maintain an interesting plot that captures the audience..
I really hope that all your work will pay out and I am really looking forward to evaluate the movie :)
The whole idea of some kind of "transhumans" really fascinated me.
Keep up the work!
